• Returns for a full refund must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
   
• Store credit or exchange may be requested up to 30 days from the delivery date.
   

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@kardiganhome.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if applicable. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
